Will this service cost?
There will be an always free version with reasonbale checkins. There will also be paid versions with more robust features.

Is my data secure?
Our inital offering will not include any data storage beyond you and your contact's email addresses. When we expand the service to include saving of instructions we'll ensure that encryption happens before we recieve the data, and that we store it as securly as we can.

What if I miss a check in?
With the basic version we'll attempt to contact you once a day for the following 2 days after a missed check in. If you don't reply within 24 hours of the that 3rd check in we'll contact your fallback person.

Can I change my trusted contact?
Yes. When you do we reach out to them and ask them to opt in. This makes sure that their contact data is correct. It also lets them know you might reach out through us. We also recommend you contact them directly to let them know you're making them your fallback person.
